Invitation to an international conference - Czechia as an education village
We invite you to an international conference Czechia as an education village. Take advantage of the unique opportunity to participate in an international meeting with interesting guests. We will evaluate what the school year has brought us, as well as reflect on the meaning of holiday.
Speeches will be given by Minister of Education Mikuláš Bek, Director of the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic Ivo Jupa, State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Culture Ondřej Andrys, Deputy Minister of Education and Culture Jiří Nantl and many more.
The morning program in the Educational Institute for Moravia premises will offer expert panels with international participation, which will reflect on the phenomena of the past months - the integration of Ukrainian pupils and students, the upcoming revision of framework educational programs, reflection on the successful Czech presidency of the Council of the EU, the application of the "education village" concept in regional conditions and more.
The afternoon part in the exteriors of Špilberk Castle will evaluate the just-ended three-day journey of students and teachers from several countries to "places of memory", present the outputs from the morning program and transition into a free festival celebration of good endings and new beginnings.
We invite all directors, teachers, opinion makers from the state administration, NPI employees, educational agencies and, for the afternoon part, the wider public with an interest in the topic of education.
The event follows the conference Do we belong to each other? The region as an education village from December 2022. The meeting is co-organized by the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic, the Educational Institute for Moravia and Meeting Brno.

Meeting capacity is limited. Interested parties are advised to register early.
The official language of the conference is Czech. However, there will be several English speakers in the morning part of the programme.
